Roles and Responsbilities
In Creakos we have Roles and we have Responsiblities. Roles define what each person does, and Responsiblities define what other Creakos contributors can expect from that Role. In this way we try to keep a clear and well functioning team doing what it needs to do move forward the Creakos vision.

Head Creator
|
The Head Creator at Creakos is Kosala. Its his job to make sure that the Creakos vision stays on track, and that all Project Creators receive personal weekly guidance and coaching. It is also the job of the Head Creator to ensure that projects are seed funded with money from the Creakos coffers from time to time, if money is something that takes the project further. These fundings are minimal but sometimes necessary. It is also the job of the Head Creator to ensure that new money trickles into the Creakos coffers over time.
